yesterday was a visit to yantai. i FINALLY got american food. i liked my BLT even though it had onions, garlic and peppers on it. it was fun walking but not near the street. because it was scary. i don't like the chinese food. kristen is not tired of it yet. and my grandma really enjoys it but i do not. the sea weed is gross. and there are these yucky red squares of tofu that are bad. it is fun playing with the kids. they love to sing. they don't talk a lot. they like our playdoh and taking pictures with our camera. the battery on our camera is always running out. too bad you can't see all the great pictures. the slide show at the end of our week was good. i like going to the beach. i caught lots of little sardine fish. the water is hot and there are no waves. not like our beach trips to san clemente.
i enjoyed playing volleyball at the beach. everyone stood around and watched us play. like we were stars. i don't like getting bit by mosquitos. i want my turn in the tent. it only holds two kids at a time. i have a big bite on my cheek. i look funny. the waitresses at our cafeteria know my name and look for me every meal. i like that. it is fun here. except for the food.
