we have been served them MANY times. evidently, the chinese believe that parts that move, like feet, head (yes, they EAT chicken heads) and wings are the choicest parts of a chicken. the only place that buys chicken breast in china is KFC! yum! aidan is really eating these. i am bringing these babies home with me in case any of YOU would like to sample.
EEEW! Good thing I already had breakfast, because I just lost my appetite (will I ever look at a chicken the same way ever again?).

This evening I was thinking about this funny picture of you biting into the package of chicken feet and I thought just so you know when we butcher are chickens and guineas and we turn their feet into bone broth. Yum! oh and my mom keeps them in a big tub in the freezer.
