we arrived safely in xi'an!

with a two hour delay on the tarmac we are finally in our hotel. its 1am and we have no access to international phones. mer, please call my dad and let him know my mom is fine. we are all exhausted but excited about the change of a new camp in a new place with a new staff. 

ps how many people do you think could fit into a van (the size of yours mer's)? with luggage? guess? oh boy!
