Goodbye
Most goodbyes are hard, but China goodbyes are especially hard. Today's goodbyes were harder than last week. Apple woke up every morning and asked, "Is today the day I have to leave?" Mei Li was did not want to leave either but I did not really understand how much she wanted to stay until I saw the tears streaming down her face. When my translator Sunny said, "Mei Li I will miss you," Mei Li said, "You don't have to miss me. I'll find a way to come back next year."

Don't you love that we know someone who will never leave nor forsake? Goodbyes are supposed to be hard I think - we were never made to say goodbye, just to be in a garden forever. Sorry you have to endure this pain.
